Price fixing of e-books, take 2

The reaction to the DOJ price-fixing allegations for e-books continues. An article on Macworld.com takes a different route but arrives at the same conclusion that I did: there is little merit to the DOJ's case.

What's interesting is that the writer of this article, like many others, completely ignores the thriving indie and self-publishing market where e-books are priced considerably less than $9.99. Unfortunately, this ignorance feeds the stereotype that the only books worth reading are those published through traditional (large) channels.
